2010 Wedding Season to be our last….(well, kind of)

1/15/2011 – All that stuff below is reflective of our journey so far and I couldn’t bear to delete the post – even though we have decided to continue in the wedding industry.  Stacy welcomed a perfect little baby girl into this world on November 5, 2010 – Addison Marie. After five wonderful years in the wedding industry, it is with heavy hearts that we announce the closing of Paper Persuasions. Our decision is based solely on a desire by each of us to focus more attention on our family lives. We feel truly blessed to have fulfilled this dream over the past five years and we appreciate your business and support which allowed us the opportunity to succeed.

Effective immediately, we are no longer accepting new invitation orders. Through September and early October, we will be in the studio exclusively working on the production and completion of all orders currently in process. Any customers who ordered invitations through us are still able to place orders for coordinating accessories; please contact us to schedule an appointment.

We want to thank all of our past customers for contributing to our overwhelming success. It’s hard to believe that just five years ago, our business was a mere hobby! It only blossomed into a successful storefront because of the continued support and praise of our customers, many of whom still send referrals our way. We are honored to have shared in such a special part of your lives and we appreciate you voting us the Best Invitation Provider in Akron/Canton for the past three years in a row!

We have put our hearts and souls into Paper Persuasions, and our decision to close was difficult to say the least. Although we have enjoyed both the challenges and rewards that come with self-employment, we are both looking forward to beginning families and achieving a better work/life balance. As we move into the next stage of our lives, we would love to see our business continue to flourish under new ownership.
